Clifton Hill Dermatology is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist/Practice Administrator to join our highly respected and long-established dermatology clinic, on a part-time basis.

Regular working hours are 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Duties & responsibilities:

Meeting & greeting our patients

Scheduling appointments

Billing

Utilising Genie medical software in our paperless office

Fast and accurate audiotyping & transcription

General office admin support

Requirements & Attributes

Minimum of 2 years’ Medical Receptionist/Admin experience in a dermatology clinic or other specialist clinic is preferable

Previous experience with multi-provider rooms is preferable

Audiotyping & transcription skills (preferably 60wpm) preferable

Genie software experience

Knowledge/experience with ‘socials’ and digital advertising advantageous

Ability to engage positively and respectfully with all patients

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to multi-task, an eye for detail and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Self-starter, problem solver
