The Role
We are currently seeking a well-presented, skilled, and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a part-time position, working three days per week, with the potential for additional hours as the clinic expands.

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Handling of incoming calls

Welcoming and assisting patients

Coordinating appointment and procedure bookings

Processing payments – invoicing, receipting and quoting.

Assisting with general office duties and inquiries.

Collaborating effectively within a team

Key Selection Criteria

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Attention to detail

Exceptional multitasker

Positive communicator

Great, friendly customer service skills

Prior experience in healthcare reception is preferred, though not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided. This position requires on-site presence. Hours are generally between 8.30 AM till 5 PM – Monday to Friday.
