About the Role

With depots in both Victoria & New South Wales, we are currently seeking a Recruitment Officer to be based at our Koo Wee Rup Office. We are looking for someone who has completed their Human Resource / Business / Commerce Degree and/or relevant experience within the Transport Industry. We offer a true learning environment and as such we are seeking an individual who can show aptitude as well as willingness to take on any task and grow within their role.

Attention to detail and a sense of urgency are key to the efficient running of our 'just in time' business so these, as well as a degree of computer literacy, are essential characteristics and skills you must exhibit to be successful for the role. Strong communication skills are also essential who is comfortable liaising at all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilites we are looking for in the successful candidate are:

Interview and reference checks

Coordinating employee lifecycles, including - drafting role statements, advertisements, liaising with managers about recruitment procedures, screening and interviews, reference and background checks and overseeing onboarding and offboarding.

Conducting internal system audits to ensure Company Compliance with legal requirements

General Ad-Hoc tasks such as, spreadsheet management and data entry

Salary $100,000 to $120,000 per year (Including Superannuation)
