Gateways Support Services vision is to help provide support for children and adults with a disability and their families to maximise their quality of life.

The role:
As Recruitment Administrator at Gateways you will:
- Coordinate and advertise new recruitment requisitions
- Drive the selection process, including screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, coordinating interviews, and completing reference checks
- Maintain accurate recruitment records
- Support a smooth onboarding experience by liaising with candidates and our P&C Administrator to facilitate a seamless transition from offer to start date
- Monitor the recruitment inbox, responding promptly to candidate and hiring manager enquiries.

Do you possess the following qualifications and skills?
- 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Strong listening and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and volume of recruitments
- Curiosity and interest in developing higher standards of service and best practices
The successful candidate will be required to obtain the following compliance documents:
- Victorian Working with Children Check (employee status)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module
