Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to become an integral part of our team. Our firm is currently 85 strong and we would like a committed HR professional for this newly created role. Reporting to the Principals and the Practice Manager.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Provide frontline HR support to employees and assist in responding to routine HR queries

Maintain accurate HR records and support reporting requirements

Assist with the coordination of training and development initiatives to support employee growth and compliance requirements

Assist in implementing HR programs that enhance engagement, culture, and retention

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, annual reviews, and general HR administrative tasks

Provide timely and accurate HR support to employees and teams across the business.

Key Skills

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Previous experience in an HR support role

Familiarity with HR systems, processes, and employment documentation

High attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

A strong working knowledge of MS Office suite

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
