Due to our market presence we are looking to find an experienced TEMP Desk Manager and Candidate Resourcer who shares our vision of being a trusted source of information and values honest communication, focus and takes care with client and candidates.

TEMP Desk Manager

• Partner with the team to deliver standout placements
• Manage and grow your temp talent and client pipeline
• Secure and negotiate temp-to-perm opportunities
• Build strong, lasting client relationships
• Develop your personal brand within the property sector

Candidate Resourcer

• Source candidates via social media, referrals, and diverse channels.
• Utilize our extensive database for consistent candidate communication.
• Cultivate client relationships to understand their needs.
• Conduct candidate interviews, screenings, and reference checks.
• Full VA support to assist in managing administration and database tasks effectively.
• This is a phone role matching people to their dream jobs, talking to clients, and taking job briefs.

Key Requirements

• Recruitment services experience; Experience in Real Estate an advantage but not required
• Proficiency in JobAdder, SEEK, Canva, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers and management
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (both Written and Verbal, including spelling, grammar and phone manner)
• Professional and polished presentation
