The Role

As the first point of contact at our East Bentleigh clinic, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey with us.

This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week. Typical shifts may include Tuesday afternoons and evenings, Thursdays, Friday afternoons and evenings, and occasional Saturdays. An opportunity for additional hours may be available to cover upcoming annual leave. Please apply only if you are available for evening work.

Key Responsibilities

Warm Welcome: Greet and assist patients with a friendly smile, ensuring a positive first impression.

Appointment Management: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient inquiries via phone and in person.

Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records, processing payments, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and organised.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with physiotherapists and other clinical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.
