We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team at Pentlowe Health, Hoppers Crossing The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a specialist medical setting and a strong background in patient administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.

Greet and assist patients in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Manage front desk duties, including registration and patient check-in.

Handle invoicing and payment processing.

Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and procedure bookings.

Maintain effective communication through email correspondence.

Utilize medical software for patient records and scheduling – Gentu experience is desirable but training can be provided

Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks efficiently.

Work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment.

Ensure a high standard of customer service and communication.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a medical receptionist, preferably in specialist rooms.

Proficiency in medical software and office management systems.

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organised with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
