Salary: $73,000 + Weekly and Monthly Bonuses

Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week

About the Role:

We're looking for a dedicated Store Manager to run our welcoming Mudgee store. You’ll be primarily responsible for maintaining our high standards of customer service, managing day-to-day store operations, and being a valued member of our collaborative store management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding, personalized customer service, offering expert product advice tailored to individual customer needs.

Manage stock inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation.

Foster a welcoming and community-focused store environment.

Work collaboratively with other store managers to share best practices and achieve common goals.

Maintain accurate records of daily operations and store performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
