About the Opportunity
As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of a high-traffic, high-impact store. Reporting to the Head of Retail, this role offers the freedom to lead with creativity and care while driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient store management
• Drive team performance and coach your team to exceed sales and service goals
• Recruit, train, roster and develop a team of casual team members
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, aligned to brand identity
• Deliver a warm, personalised and engaging customer experience that reflects the brand’s values
• Analyse sales data and performance metrics to inform strategy and identify opportunities
• Manage inventory levels, stocktakes and back-of-house processes
• Collaborate with head office, marketing and other store leaders to execute promotions and share insights
• Be a true brand ambassador — building relationships and creating a store culture people want to be part of

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years in a retail management or senior leadership role
• A love for design, innovation and storytelling — you see retail as more than transactions
• Proven ability to inspire, lead and grow high-performing teams
• Strong commercial skills, with confidence in reading sales reports and metrics
• Experience with JIFI, Shopify or similar retail systems is a bonus
• Exceptional communication, time management and problem-solving skills
• A warm, customer-first approach and a passion for building brand loyalty
