The client is launching a brand new showroom in the heart of Surry Hills! The client is on the hunt for a passionate and customer obsessed Showroom Manager to bring the beautiful, functional, and sustainable designs to life in a premium in store experience.

Responsiblities

• Manage and take ownership for the day to day retail store sales and operations, including ensuring our visual merchandising and unique retail experience is consistent and maintained at a high level, and understocking relevant stock takes.
• Achieve and tracking sales budgets and providing weekly reporting.
• Take the lead on providing exceptional thoughtful customer service and the brand experience .
• Hiring and training our retail team to provide our one of a kind retail experience.
• Be the point of contact and go to liaison between our Retail team and our Customer Support team at HQ for any customer enquiries.
• Provide regular insights back to HQ on customer feedback and in-store experiences.
