Do you live and breathe motorcycles? We’re on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our Adventure Moto showroom in Dural.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves engaging with customers, knows their way around premium moto gear, and is ready to lead a small but tight-knit team.

What You'll Do:

Manage the day-to-day operations of our Dural store

Deliver top-tier customer service, product advice and gear recommendations in person and over the phone

Lead and motivate staff, manage rosters and ensure a smooth retail experience

Oversee stock levels, visual merchandising and in-store displays

Work closely with our team on promotions, events, and customer experience initiatives

Assist with order fulfillment and online customer service where needed

Process sales in store and over the phone with customers

Who You Are:

Proven retail or store management experience

Confident in leading a team and creating a welcoming and knowledgeable environment

Passionate about motorcycles, gear and the adventure riding lifestyle

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable using POS systems and basic inventory tools
