Our client is seeking a dedicated and driven retail professional to join their close-knit team as an Assistant Store Manager. In this leadership position, the successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every customer leaves the store pleased.

Working closely with the Store Manager, this role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting and developing team members, and maintaining a positive, values-driven store culture. The ideal candidate will bring energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Motivated and developed a customer focused team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Ensured a safe and secure workplace for all team members and customers

Monitored and managed store and individual team KPIs

Played an active role in training, mentoring, and talent development

Led by example to promote a high-performance culture

Ensured full compliance with all workplace health and safety practices and policies

Experience and Strengths:

2-3 years of hands-on retail management experience

Working with KPIs, budgets, and inventory systems

Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Enthusiastic about learning and growing professionally

Automotive industry experience (advantageous, but not essential)
