Seeking Registered NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners for Contract Work on the Central Coast, NSW
Who is Central Coast Behaviour Support (CCBS)?
We're a small, friendly, dedicated team of Behaviour Support Practitioners who live and work on the Central Coast. CCBS is an NDIS registered provider.
What We’re Looking For
Experienced (1 yr plus), registered (have an NDIS practitioner number) Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners who take pride in delivering a high quality service. This includes:
Regular face-to-face engagement with participants.
Ongoing communication and collaboration with care teams to develop effective strategies and holistic support.
Development of genuinely person-centred behaviour support plans.
An ongoing commitment to meeting NDIS standards and compliance.
Why Contract with Central Coast Behaviour Support?
Joining CCBS allows the flexibility and autonomy of contract work while providing team support to help you thrive in your role. Here’s what you can expect:
Friendly Team: We support one another. Resource sharing, debriefing, sharing questions and answers, there's no ego's here.
Flexible Work Hours: You choose the hours you want to work each day and book your own appointments. Some days you may want to work all day, some days you may only want to work in the morning, it's up to you.
Work From Home: Combine working from home with regular face to face appointments.
Competitive Rates: Earn $120/hour (Core Level) to $150/hour (Advanced/Specialist Level).
Tailored Caseloads: No KPI's or expected "billable" hours. You will never be required to accept a participant or caseload that doesn't align with your skill level, area of interest or comfort level. At CCBC our work is very much about providing quality service to participants, and truly balancing work/life. If you only want to take on a couple of participant caseloads, that's fine! As long as you work within NDIS practice standards for Behaviour Support Practitioners and have your participants best interests at heart, that is what matters.
Comprehensive Support: Receive ongoing guidance, supervision, professional development, and administrative assistance, including the use of Splose for appointment bookings. You can also have your own supervisor in addition.
