The Role

Our client is seeking experienced Proficient or Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioners to join their expanding team on a subcontracting basis. The successful practitioner will provide high-quality, trauma-informed behaviour support services to NDIS participants across Sydney.
You will be responsible for conducting functional assessments, developing Positive Behaviour Support Plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to individuals with complex needs. This is a flexible, autonomous role suited to a practitioner with an existing client base and a strong commitment to person-centred practice.

Requirements

Must be an NDIS-approved Proficient or Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Own client base required.

Capacity to deliver a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.

Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed and positive behaviour support practices.

Strong reporting, compliance, and documentation skills

Drivers License

Relevant clearances (WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening)
