The Good Place is seeking Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our team. You’ll be supported to develop your practice and make a meaningful impact in the lives of NDIS participants. Both experienced and early-career practitioners are encouraged to apply. Previous applicants are also welcome to re-apply.

Role Expectations

• Deliver Positive Behaviour Support services in line with NDIS Practice Standards

• Work collaboratively with participants, families, and support networks

• Develop high-quality reports and behaviour support plans

• Promote capable environments and reduce the use of restrictive practices

• Provide training and guidance to support teams

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, counselling, behaviour analysis or a related field

• Registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner ( For the right candidates, supervision may be available to complete the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework self-assessment process).

• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and Police Check

• Own ABN, professional indemnity and public liability insurance, reliable transport, and essential work tools (e.g., laptop, phone)
