Part-Time Finance Manager

Creative & Technology Group | 2–3 Days/Week | Perth-Based

We’re a growing creative, design, and CGI visualisation group with both national and international reach. We craft emotive visual content and immersive experiences for clients including leading property developers, architects, and premium lifestyle brands.

We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to join us part-time (2–3 days/week) and take ownership of the finance function across our group. You’ll manage day-to-day financial operations while also delivering commercial insights to support smarter business decisions — from project profitability to cashflow forecasting and performance reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who’s equally comfortable reconciling accounts and preparing reports as they are working with the CEO to guide planning and growth.

What You’ll Do

Manage accounts, payroll coordination, invoicing, and reconciliations across multiple entities

Own and maintain weekly and monthly cashflow forecasts

Prepare and present monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, project profitability)

Implement simple, scalable systems to improve financial visibility

Partner with our leadership team to support pricing, resourcing, and commercial decisions

Liaise with our external accountant for BAS, compliance, and tax

Help shape the future of the finance function — with potential to build a small internal team over time

What We’re Looking For

5–8 years’ experience in a similar role

Confident with Xero and cloud-based financial tools

Strong capability in cashflow forecasting and reporting

Comfortable working across multiple entities and managing complex corporate structures

Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware

A builder — excited to improve systems, not just maintain them

CA/CPA preferred, but not essential
