As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing the financial health of the organisation. Reporting to the CFO/Director, you’ll oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, while providing strategic insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and tax obligations

Identify risks and opportunities through financial analysis

Support strategic planning with accurate financial insights

Liaise with auditors, external stakeholders, and internal departments

Manage and mentor a small finance team (if applicable)

About You

Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or related field

CPA or CA qualification preferred

5+ years experience in a senior accounting or finance role

Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident communicator, able to collaborate across teams and with senior leadership

Proficiency in [insert systems, e.g. Xero, MYOB, SAP, Excel]
