Group Finance Manager - Remote (Newly Created Role)

Robert Half is working with a firm to recruit a Group Finance Manager. This is a newly created, fully remote role. This position will lead financial operations and reporting, manage a small local team, and collaborate across global finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and prepare consolidated and local reports.
• Manage a team and support global finance coordination.
• Deliver reporting and liaise with auditors.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and strategic projects.
• Maintain strong internal controls and drive continuous improvement.
• Support technical accounting compliance and policy implementation.
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives globally.
• Coach and develop direct reports; influence stakeholders through strong communication.

What We're Looking For

• CA/CPA qualified with experience in group reporting and audit.
• Strong reporting and technical accounting knowledge.
• Leadership experience with the ability to work remotely and independently.
• Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
