Customer Service Co-Ordinator Mon- Fri 8.00am - 4.30pm

Due to our continued expansion, we are now seeking to employ a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our friendly professional team on a permanent basis.

We offer full support and training in getting familiar with our environment and systems, we are looking for an individual preferably with clear and confident phone manner able to liaise with our existing clients. Working closely alongside other team members you will also play a role in the coordination and liaising of technicians, clients and suppliers.

Am Compressors providing sales and service to a wide array of industries nationally. We are looking for a new enthusiastic, experienced Customer Service Co-Ordinator that can work in a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Attending to incoming client queries

Building and maintaining client relationships

Coordination of technicians

Provide administrative support across the office as required.

Coordination and managing internal KPI's.

The successful candidate will be:

Superior customer service, Strong communication and phone skills

Experience in a customer service

Attention to detail

Proven data entry and computer skills.
