We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Purchasing and Supply Co-ordinator to support our growing sales and operations team. You’ll manage procurement of finished goods and packaging to ensure we’re meeting customer demand and maintaining stock availability across our network. You’ll work closely with our manufacturing partners, our warehouses in Australia and New Zealand, and the broader sales and logistics team to ensure smooth operations.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly, stock levels are optimised, and our customers receive exactly what they need, when they need it. Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will help us stay ahead of the competition and deliver outstanding results every day.

Key Responsibilities

Raise and manage purchase orders for stock and packaging

Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers and freight partners to track production timelines and inbound deliveries

Monitor stock levels across warehouses and identify gaps or surpluses based on sales activity and forecasted demand

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier details, and pricing in our inventory system

Support the Head of Sales Operations in planning for retail promotions, new account launches, and sales spikes

Liaise with the finance team to assist with invoice reconciliation and ensure timely payments to suppliers

Communicate clearly with the internal team about lead times, delivery schedules, and any potential supply issues

Assist with sourcing and onboarding new suppliers where needed

Skills & Experience

6+ years experience in purchasing, logistics coordination, or supply chain (FMCG experience preferred)

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Solutions focused. You approach challenges with a positive, proactive mindset, quickly assessing issues and identifying practical solutions that work for everyone involved

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets & Excel

Xero experience is a plus

Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships with partners
