We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team! We are a family owned and operated business located in Canning Vale. Experience with accounts receivable/payable is a must. Knowledgeable with MYOB is essential.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile Bank Accounts

Preparing invoices in MYOB including Proforma tax invoices for deposits

Uploading relevant documentation to client portals

Ensuring compliance documentation for all clients is up to date

Issue monthly statements

Follow up overdue accounts

Pay invoices for suppliers

Process remittance advices

This full-time permanent role will work with and support various operations and administration teams to ensure all accounting functions are completed and up to date. This includes a variety of transaction processing, analysis and reporting, and offers the successful applicant an excellent opportunity.
