Workfast is looking for a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Officer for a client based in Canning Vale, WA paying $35.00 Per Hour, Flat Rate.

Our client has a large and fully serviced fleet of haulage vehicles operates around the clock, transporting millions of tonnes of cargo throughout Western Australia every year. They cater to the transport needs of the building, construction, agricultural, mining and service industries, offering a reliable, trusted, and cost-effective solution at all times.

What you need:

• Australian Driver's License & Own Car
• Previous Accounts Receivable experience
• Be dynamic, energetic and have an optimistic attitude
• Be organised, analytical, ethical and a team player

What you will be doing:

• Maintain accounts receivables records and files for pump hire
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data
• Generate invoices and credit notes for pump hire
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end processes
• Support credit department with monthly cash sales outstanding reports for pumps
• Investigate and resolve any enquiries and billing issues for pumps
• Able to streamline processes as required
