What You’ll Be Doing:
Answer phones and transfer calls to the correct departments
Process invoices against inspection reports
Process invoices against purchase orders.
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Debt Collection
Reconcile Accounts
Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding credit application and service contracts.
Keep a thorough record of business transactions and enter data correctly into the company’s general ledger system
Supporting executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks
Assist accounting personnel
What You’ll Bring:
A complete or comprehensive understanding of accounting practices and procedures
Strong attention to detail
Clear and professional communication skills — both written and verbal
Competent with using accounting software
