Accounts Payable / Balcatta / Temporary to Permanent / $40.00 - $45.00 per hour / Progression / Onsite parking

A market leading manufacturing business with sites across Australia are looking to recruit a skilled Accounts Payable Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis. Continued growth and a recent promotion have led to the position being recruited. The main purpose of the role will be to assist the Finance Manager with ensuring all invoices are processed correctly and within agreed timeframes. Key duties will include:

• Processing invoices
• Matching PO's to invoices
• Contacting relevant person if PO's don't match.
• Chasing up for PO raising & approvals.
• Weekly Supplier Payment runs
• Foreign Currency payments.
• Credit Card payments.
• Ensuring Payments are made according to terms.
• Checking Supplier statements reconcile and chasing up for missing invoices/differences.
• Ensuring Supplier details are set up correctly.
• Reimbursing Employees for expenses.
• Maintaining Accounts Payable email using Outlook.
• Documenting Accounts Payable procedures.

Key skills required:

• Experience of accounts payable and end to end processing
• Can manage own workload
• Excellent & confident communication skills
• Confident with excel & Oracle
• High attention to detail
