We are partnering with an outstanding Builder delivering a coastal lifestyle community for over-55s in Bundaberg and looking for a Project Manager.

This is about building a village — 50+ homes over four stages, carefully programmed to deliver two villas each week on an 18-week cycle. A further 80 villas are likely to follow. Strong pipeline moving forward.

If you’re someone who thrives on taking full ownership — pre-construction, contract performance, cost control, stakeholder meetings, and leading a trusted site team — this role will speak to you.

We’re especially interested in candidates with strong trade relationships and a track record in village-style, multi-dwelling or over-55s residential work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Full delivery of stage one – 50+ villas across four portions

• Programming and performance – delivering two homes per week

• Leading and engaging subcontractors (bonus if you bring your network)

• Managing budgets, cost control, variations, and stakeholder updates

• Running weekly AGMs and ensuring clear communication across all parties

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with over-55s, retirement, or similar village projects

• Strong commercial understanding of contracts and programming

• Leadership and planning experience with site-based teams

• Someone already based in or open to relocating to Bundaberg
