We’re representing a respected commercial builder with a steady pipeline of new builds across private schools, medical centres, and similar sectors. Due to growth and new project wins, they’re now looking for a Project Manager who can hit the ground running and manage 1–2 jobs between $5M and $15M.

We will also consider experienced Contract Administrators with strong tenure and the right background who are ready to step up into a Project Manager role.

Salary is flexible depending on your experience – whether you’re an established PM or a high-performing Senior CA ready for the next step.
