Are you a driven Account Executive with a strong background in SME to mid-market clients? With ongoing growth across their national network, they’re now seeking a senior broker to take the lead on a diverse portfolio and step into a key leadership role as 2IC to the team leader.

Your Role Will Involve:
• Managing and growing a portfolio of SME to mid-market clients across varied industries
• Designing tailored insurance programs with strong placement support
• Building trusted relationships with business owners, CFOs and other senior stakeholders
• Supporting the Team Leader with team operations, mentoring, and coaching junior staff

What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years’ experience in insurance broking, with strong exposure to SME and mid-market clients
• Tier 1 Broking Qualification (essential)
• Solid technical knowledge across commercial lines, including property, liability, and motor
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a relationship-first approach
• A proactive and organised mindset with leadership aspirations
