Are you an experienced insurance professional looking to take the next step in your broking career? We’re seeking an Account Executive to join a well-established brokerage with a strong presence in Melbourne’s inner suburbs.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and grow a diverse commercial portfolio while working closely with senior brokers and management. You'll play a key role in servicing existing clients, preparing renewals, and placing new business, all while delivering tailored insurance solutions with a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a mid-sized portfolio of SME and commercial clients across various industries
• Handle end-to-end policy renewals, endorsements, and general servicing
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact and strategic advice
• Negotiate with underwriters to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Identify opportunities for new business and referrals within your network

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in insurance broking (general/commercial lines)
• Tier 1 or Diploma in Insurance Broking
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude and genuine passion for client service
