What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and servicing your own portfolio of commercial clients
• Delivering tailored insurance programs across a variety of industries
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers
• Handling renewals, new business, endorsements and supporting the claims process
• Identifying growth opportunities within your existing portfolio

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5+ years’ experience in commercial insurance broking
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
