Account Executive – Insurance Broking

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a diverse commercial portfolio, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional service to clients. You'll work closely with internal teams and insurers to ensure tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of SME to mid-market commercial clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters
• Provide strategic advice and risk management solutions
• Handle renewals, endorsements, quotes, and claims follow-ups
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies

About You

• Previous experience in an Account Executive role within insurance broking
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
• Strong technical knowledge of general insurance products
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
• Self-motivated, with a team-oriented approach
