Paragon Recruitment is working exclusively with a mid-sized Brokerage, based in the heart of Melbourne CBD, to recruit a mid-market Account Executive due to business growth. This role would suit someone who enjoys meeting with clients and is confident placing large commercial risks.

About the role

Client facing role managing a book of $350k - $400k income - large SME & mid-market accounts

Approx. 30 clients ranging from $5k-$30k income

Mixed book of commercial clients; hospitality, property owners, manufacturing etc.

Book is focused on general lines of insurance

About you

Tier 1 qualified with 2-5 years of experience in Broking roles

Ability to work autonomously & manage large SME/Mid-Market clients

Confident in a client-facing role

Strong technical knowledge of general lines of insurance, including ISR
