About the role

  • Lead and manage a highly performing sales team to meet sales, margin, and new business targets;
  • Drive CRM adoption and ensure data is entered daily and kept up to date (Salesforce);
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and business goals in line with company targets;
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new growth opportunities;
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies effectively;
  • Analyse sales data and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability;
  • Provide regular training and development for Account Managers to enhance their skills;
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to foster new business opportunities; and
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities through a targeted business plan and account list.

About you

  • 5 years of sales management experience within foodservice industry;
  • Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively;
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trend and segment market opportunities; and
  • Background as a Chef or back of house service is a bonus!
