What are we looking for?
Asetica is looking for a vibrant, established sales professional who can take on the role of sales across several building segments including but not limited to trade clients, architects, designers and kitchen retailers.
In this role you will be responsible for implementing our strategy and developing/maintaining relationship with our clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of our Asetica products. Your role will be focused on acquiring new business and maintaining those customers by understanding their short-and long-term expectations to ensure delivery of the best of our services.
You will be fully supported with onboarding and sales training + our marketing team who are flexible to support you with the tools you need to make your mark and grown the Asetica brand in NSW.
Key responsibilities
· Business development of new & current customers to achieve and exceed set sales targets and increase market share.
· Maintain relationships by offering superior customer service and proactive account management.
· Uncover new projects and manage the design process with key stakeholders
· Establish new project leads via sales platforms
· Conduct effective face to face client meetings to uncover and establish all sales opportunities
· Ensure all clients have current merchandise, sampling, product updates and respond to ongoing requests for sampling etc.
· Ensure effective administration functions through the completion of sales reports, sales forecasting, management of client base, achievement of sales budget and following up opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
· Attend team sales meetings
· Contribute to the overall culture of Asetica by understanding and behaving in line with the company culture and values
· Assist in other duties as needed
To be successful in this role you will need to have: -
· At least two years in a previous B2B sales role (Regarded, but not mandatory)
· Excellent customer service skills, being proactive and exceeding customer expectations.
· Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
· Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
· Sales skills – identifying business opportunities, negotiation skills, closing a sale.
· High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
· Self-starter, reliable and trustworthy
· Be capable of presenting and communicating professionally, both written and orally
Previous experience withing the specification & sales market desirable.
