• Location: Lidcombe NSW
• Salary: $100K–$130K base + bonus & commission (OTE $115K–$145K+)
• Working Model: Onsite
• Direct experience in Audio Visual or Display solutions experience required!

Our client, an established and fast-growing AV integration and digital display company delivering tailored solutions to the hospitality, retail, and commercial sectors. With a consistent pipeline of inbound enquiries and repeat clients, we’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager from within the AV industry to take ownership of our quoting and sales process.

About You

• Direct experience in the AV industry either in sales, account management or a solutions focused role
• A track record of selling or quoting AV systems, displays, or integration packages
• Strong commercial awareness - including quoting, cost control, and margin protection
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities without sacrificing accuracy or pace
• Confidence working both independently and collaboratively

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the quoting and proposal process across AV and display projects
• Convert inbound and referred opportunities into confirmed jobs
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients, consultants, builders, and venue managers
• Work closely with the estimating and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery
• Identify margin improvements and cross-sell opportunities within client networks
