What we are looking for from you, if you have 5 years experience working as a leader within a engineering workshop of 20 plus people, understand drawings & body building procedures, have exceptional communication skills, can lead by example and dont mind getting your hands dirty, then we would like to hear from you.

Some of your daily tasks will include, the supervision of the team who come with differing skill sets, scheduling of work, quality assurance and getting the best out of your team. It has its challenges but can also be enjoyable when achieving the aim. (If you hold a VSB6 sign of cert then this would be an advantage).
