About the Role

This role supports large-scale digital transformation programs by leading end-to-end change management initiatives. You'll guide stakeholders through structured, people-first change journeys to ensure readiness, adoption, and alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of structured change programs across key initiatives
• Develop change artefacts including plans, communications, and user guides
• Support stakeholder engagement and adoption activities across teams
• Identify and manage change impacts across people, processes, and technology
• Assist in process analysis, performance metrics, and business requirements
• Maintain change registers and support compliance with change frameworks

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in change or project management roles
• Proven experience translating IT solutions into meaningful business value
• Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to lead process improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with SIAM or Microsoft 365 adoption approaches is desirable

Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
