Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive the successful delivery of change initiatives across business processes, technology, and organisational structures.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured change management strategies and plans to support successful adoption of IT systems and business process changes;
• Undertake change impact assessments and develop readiness, transition and adoption plans across impacted business areas;
• Support learning and capability uplift through training needs analysis, training coordination, and development of user support materials
• Monitor and report on readiness and change adoption, including risks, issues, and progress against key milestones;
• Support benefits realisation by fostering behavioural and process changes to achieve project outcomes and benefits.

To be deemed suitable, you will have:

• Demonstrated 5+ years’ experience in organisational change management working within a project or program team. Demonstrated experience in leading change management in a complex technology-based environment
• Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills to solve complex problems with the ability to link operational tasks to organisational goals and strategies.
• Highly developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to liaise, consult and negotiate with a range of stakeholders in a variety of contexts.
