Our client, is seeking to engage an experienced Change Manager to coordinate activities and communication in order to ensure project objectives are met and sustained. As the successful change manager, you will focus on the people aspect of change including changes to business processes, tools and technology, job roles and organisation structures.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support the implementation of future modules under the Digital Marketplace 2;
• Align change plans with project objectives, legal frameworks, and user needs;
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including government buyers, sellers, and panel managers;
• Develop and deliver targeted communication plans to ensure clarity and consistency in change messaging;
• Design and coordinate training programs and materials to build capability and understanding among impacted users;
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and policy teams to ensure changes are appropriately communicated and understood;
• Provide coaching and advice to leaders and change agents throughout the change journey.

To be deemed suitable, you will have:

• Minimum 3-5 year's experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of procurement, contracting processes or platforms in a government context is desirable;
• Knowledge of Digital Service Standard;
• Have experience working in a multi-disciplinary team using agile methodology.
