Join a dynamic government team delivering major digital change. As Change Manager, you’ll lead initiatives to support user adoption and business readiness.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Assist in eliciting and documenting end-to-end requirements and supporting artefacts, including approaches, plans, high-level and detailed requirements (both functional and non-functional), process flows and user guides;
• Assist with analysing data to inform scope definition, performance metrics and user experience;
• Support the transition of requirements into delivery, ensuring alignment with bundle schedules and evolving business needs;
• Support change management and communications activities to drive adoption and awareness, including technical change and release (where required).

To be deemed suitable, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, social science, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and Change Management (or equivalent experience);
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, SIAM implementation and adoption approaches;
• Proven ability to translate complex IT solutions into clear, outcome-focused communications that articulate business value and support the transition to future-state operations;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in complex change environments, with a strong track record in delivering change and project management initiatives, driving process improvements and gathering business requirements;
• Experience with Service Management (SM) and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) or experience with MS365 adoption approaches.
