We are expanding and looking for experienced and hands-on foremen, gyprockers/plasterers and commercial carpenters to come along for the ride.

If you’ve worked in commercial fitouts and know your way around partitions, ceilings, aluminium and doors and you take pride in leading teams and delivering high-quality work – we’d love to hear from you.

The role

We’re looking for experienced foremen who are skilled on the tools, know how to lead a crew, and can keep things running smoothly on site – safely, on time and to spec.

What you’ll be doing

· Supervising and coordinating partition and ceiling installation projects

· Leading by example and supporting your team on site

· Managing timelines, materials and project logistics

· Ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to plans

· Maintaining a safe work environment and compliance with industry standards

· Communicating clearly with the internal project team and clients to keep everything on track

What we’re looking for

· A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

· Proven experience in commercial fitouts and partition systems

· Practical skills in ceilings, aluminium framing and door installation

· Confidence reading and working from construction drawings

· Leadership skills and the ability to get the best from your team

· Own tools, transport and a current driver’s licence

· Commitment to quality, safety and teamwork

· Experience using Fieldwire is desirable
