Sales Host - Residential Developments, Echuca and Bendigo

4-day per week opportunity to be the welcoming face of these leading residential developments

Are you passionate about property and customer service? Join a dynamic team representing two premier residential developments, where you'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for potential homebuyers.

What You'll Do:
Hours of Operation:
Echuca: Sundays & Mondays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Bendigo: Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Welcome visitors and create a positive first impression
• Handle enquiries and guide prospects through the sales process
• Maintain an immaculate, well-stocked sales environment
• Support administrative functions and CRM management
• Process deposits and coordinate documentation with Sales Manager
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective buyers
• Assist with marketing events and presentations

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar client-facing roles
• Natural ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer literacy (comprehensive CRM training provided)

Ideal Candidate:

• Genuine interest in property, real estate, or construction
• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care
