Sales Office Assistant - Residential Development, Echuca

Are you passionate about property and customer service? Join a dynamic team at a premier residential development in Echuca, where you'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for potential homebuyers.

What You'll Do:
Office Operations (Sundays & Mondays, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Welcome visitors and create a positive first impression
• Handle enquiries and guide prospects through the sales process
• Maintain an immaculate, well-stocked sales environment
• Support administrative functions and CRM management
• Process deposits and coordinate documentation with Sales Manager
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective buyers
• Assist with marketing events and presentations
• Provide occasional support to our Bendigo location

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar client-facing roles
• Natural ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Bendigo for additional support
• Basic computer literacy (comprehensive CRM training provided)
