About the Role

As an Appointment Setter at Proactive Cleaners, you will be responsible for generating qualified B2B leads and securing appointments for our external sales team.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and goal-driven, with a passion for client engagement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Making outbound calls to generate qualified leads

Booking appointments for our sales team with business decision-makers

Engaging businesses through various lead-generation channels

Maintaining and updating a lead database

Cold-calling businesses across a range of sectors (e.g., commercial, strata, retail)

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or telemarketing

Excellent communication and phone manner

Ability to work independently from home or remotely

Competence in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organisational and data entry skills

A positive attitude and the ability to build rapport with a variety of business clients
