Part-Time, 21 hours per week
This is a critical role in connecting with women and making a difference.
We’re looking for a Psychologist for an exciting new program working with women who have been living in prison and are rebuilding their lives in the community.
This role is part of an innovative program and is critical to supporting women in the program and the staff team, with an emphasis on wellbeing, social connections, employment, and housing.

What You’ll Do
Provide therapeutic services, assessments, planning and interventions
Develop and facilitate group sessions and programs
Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings and practice discussions
Contribute to program evaluation, research, and reporting
Support program staff practice in collaborating with women in the program
You will need
High level interpersonal, relationship, and therapeutic skills.
Excellent consultation, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Calmness and emotional composure.
Patience with repetition and taking time to achieve outcomes.
Energy and determination.
Excellent organisation and time management skills
