“Working in the Community Mental Health team is incredibly rewarding. The team are a great bunch of clinicians who have really embraced and supported me with open arms. I’m learning a great deal every day, and being able to visit and work from different sites such as Ballina and Casino always keeps things interesting. The most cup filling part of the job for me is being able to be a part of people’s lives as they take steps towards greater recovery and wellbeing. It’s nice to be able to promote primary health interventions, and to really hone in on and support people with what they want to achieve in their recovery journey.
