This is a unique opportunity to join a values-driven organisation committed to breaking the cycle of domestic and family violence (DFV). Working as part of a growing, passionate team, you’ll lead day-to-day operations of our new Hub, supervise a team of Case Workers, foster strong community partnerships, and contribute directly to improving outcomes for women and children affected by DFV.
You will work collaboratively with staff and leaders of HKWS providing services including crisis accommodation, transitional housing and outreach support to women and children.

Oversee compliance with safety, quality and reporting requirements, including case management systems and DCJ frameworks.
Develop community partnerships with local services such as housing, health, education and legal providers.
Contribute to program design and innovation based on client and community needs.
About You
You are an experienced, trauma-informed leader with a strong background in community services, particularly in DFV, homelessness, or women’s services. You thrive in dynamic environments, care deeply about outcomes for women and children, and bring experience managing both people and programs.
You’ll have:
Relevant qualifications in social work, community development, counselling or similar.
A strong understanding of DFV, trauma-informed practice, and client-centred casework.
Leadership and supervision experience within community-based settings.
Experience building partnerships and working with external stakeholders.
Experience facilitating or overseeing group-based programs or workshops.
A current unrestricted driver’s licence and valid Working with Children and Police Checks.
Being a woman is a genuine occupational requirement under Section 31 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW).
What We Offer

A committed and supportive team environment that prioritises your growth and wellbeing.
