About the Role
This is a part-time employee position (approx. 30 hours/week) with a hybrid structure, combining time in our Drysdale studio with some work-from-home flexibility.
You’ll support our marketing team by creating daily social content, assisting with campaigns, and telling our story in creative, visually engaging ways. You’ll work closely with the Founder and Marketing Coordinator and have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects including photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and seasonal launches.
Key Responsibilities
Create and publish daily content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (reels, stories, posts)
Capture behind-the-scenes content in the studio (e.g. packing, embroidery, team activities)
Edit videos using tools like CapCut (audio, transitions, captions)
Design simple graphics in Canva for social, email, and ads
Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions
Use Meta Business Suite and other scheduling tools to manage the content calendar
Respond to DMs and comments in a warm, brand-aligned tone
Help coordinate influencer content and manage UGC
Maintain an organised content library of photo and video assets
About You
Minimum 1 year experience in content creation, social media, or marketing
Background or interest in weddings, fashion, beauty, or events
Confident with Canva, CapCut (or similar), Meta tools, and Google Drive
Familiar with TikTok and Instagram trends and short-form video formats
Creative, detail-oriented, and organised
Bonus: comfortable creating or appearing in UGC-style content
