Pinnacle People Solutions (PPS) is on the lookout for an experienced HR Administrator to lead the creation and refinement of essential HR tools that help our clients navigate their obligations and complex workforce challenges with confidence.

What you’ll be doing
As our HR Administrator, you’ll be a trusted partner in designing and delivering HR documentation that underpins compliance, culture, and performance. You’ll:
Create, edit, and format employment contracts, policies, manuals, and more
Maintain and improve our document templates and systems
Stay ahead of the curve with research into legislation, case law, and industry updates
Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver exceptional results, every time
What we’re looking for
We’re after someone who’s not just experienced, but also proactive, precise, and passionate about HR. Our ideal candidate:
Has solid experience preparing HR documents, especially contracts and policies
Understands and can interpret Modern Awards
Is tech-savvy and confident with HR systems and tools
Communicates clearly and works well both independently and in a remote team
Has razor-sharp attention to detail and thrives under deadlines
Builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
Is committed to continuous learning and professional growth
