Part-Time Human Resources Advisor or Coordinator
(In-Person Role)
We are a growing hospitality group known for delivering exceptional dining experiences across Sydney and Gold Coast. Our venues range from beachside favourites to premium grill houses, and we pride ourselves on building supportive and dynamic teams.
We are now seeking a people-focused and proactive Human Resources Advisor to join us on a part-time, in person basis(3 days/week). This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with venue teams, managers, and the company Director to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct and oversee performance reviews in collaboration with the Director and management team
· Check in regularly with venue Managers and Supervisors to support leadership and team culture.
· Visit venues periodically to meet with staff and provide on-site HR support
· Occasional travel to our Gold Coast venue may be required(all costs covered by the business and withing standard working days)
· Create, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
· Source and interview candidates for management roles
· Assist venue managers in recruiting for various front and back of house positions
· Write and post job advertisements using SEEK, Indeed, and other platforms.
· Liaise with migration lawyers and team members during the sponsorship process
· Manage aspects of visa applications, with an understanding of Australian visa types
· Utilize workforce systems such as Sage, Humanforce, or Deputy
· Manage workers compensation claims and return-to-work processes in collaboration with venue managers and insurers
About you:
· Minimum 3 years in a Human Resources role
· Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
· Organized, reliable, and confident managing multiple priorities.
· Hospitality industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
· Familiarity with Fair Work compliance and Australian employment law.
· Able to build trust with people at all levels of the business.
· Passionate about people, growth, and supporting a healthy work culture
· Valid NSW driver’s license and access to a vehicle required for venue visits
· Comfortable working in-person across various Sydney based locations

· We operate under an Enterprise Agreement that aligns with Fair Work standards and Hospitality Industry Award.
